No!
Ever tried to register a domain from a expired domains list, and found that was already taken? Wonder how they got to it so quickly? By the time most of these domain show up on the Expired domains list, they have been on this list for a month or more.
No, We see the list the same time it is published. Members get their list emailed to them based on their own specific criteria as soon as the list is ready, and they can optionaly hide domains from the public (4 hours for a Buy it Now Domain, or indefinatly for Auctions. the only way to see these somains is to become a memeber.
tdbnam "The Domain Name After Market" is the auction/clearance aisle for godaddy. It's where godaddy domains are auctioned, and where go after they expire, but before they drop.
When you win an auction (or counter offer) from godaddy, it is between you and the owner of the name to settle the sale.
If you grab a $5 Buy It Now domain, godaddy will transfer the name to you automatically in 3-7 days. (The quickest I have seen is 1 day, the longest, 5. The original owner still has the right to renew the domain, and if they do, before the domain is transfered to you, you will get a full refund.
You need to go to a company that is authorized to register domains names. If you google "restrar" you will come up with 100s of companies.
